Gakutopus-kun
SYH have teamed up with Minamisanriku Town in Miyagi Prefecture and Yume Takou Chin to produce a limited edition Gakutopus-kun - a GACKT branded red octopus!
He comes with a SYH flag, GACKT base and bright blue eyes! Sales are via the SYH store, orders placed before 2/20 will be delivered on 3/07.
The store doesn't appear to ship outside of Japan :-(
Minamisanriku Town was one of the towns worst hit by the tsunami. 95% of the town was wiped out, and nearly 50% of the town's population were either killed or are still missing - that's 9,500 people.
Octopus (tako) is one of the town's main exports and has become a mascot for it.

EDIT - some TV magazines are listing GACKT as a guest on Domoto Kyoudai on 2/26. There is no confirmation of this appearance on either GACKT's OHP or the Domoto Kyoudai one as yet... Here's hoping it's true though. GACKT + Kinki Kids always equals lulz!
