I think his new twitter picture was taken in Los Angeles. I can see a California license plate on that parked car. The cars are lined up to the right side of the street, so it can't be in Japan, where cars are driven on the left side. That small tree is probably a young palm tree that is common in that area. The vegetation in the picture appears to in a city that's not too cold in December or January.

Maybe he's giving us a hint...Will he be spending more time in Hollywood???
