yesterday someone pulled the hilarious prank of letting a bunch of crickets out in the tower next to mine (my residence has towers, yes.) last night i was in the room of someone who lives on the floor above mine, when the guy who lives directly above me came by and said to "watch out for crickets coming from the vents

i'm living in residence at university, sooo. i'm not moving in the big sense of the word, as the furniture is not mine and there's a cleaning crew etc etc

The concept of someone else cleaning for me is so alien, I can only barely comprehend it

they don't come into the room and clean, though they do clean the washroom (which is shared amongst 12 girls so)
