"If you really feel that way then WHY DON'T YOU SAY IT TO ARE FACES UBER B!!" Instead of smiling when we say it, and going home and bitching about it. I wasn't joking either, I ment what I said, if you are too oblivious to realize that.

You shouldn't mention being productive, considering your the one who walks around holding a sign, hoping for something that will never be.

Who are you to say what will and will not be? Who are you to say that what those people do in the peace walks aren't productive? They may not necessarily find world peace but at least they are at peace with themselves and most of their surroundings. Holding a sign has nothing to do with the meaning behind the walks.

Okay, they can be at peace in their rooms, instead of going around everywhere and commercializing complete shit. I say that peace will never be, because it will never be. I can say they aren't productive, because they aren't productive. Alls the peace walk does is have people who fight because they think it's right, or they think it's wrong.

Maybe, instead of walking around, you should just go sit in a room and talk about your fantasy world full of peace.

"you should just go sit in a room and talk about your fantasy world full of peace."
GOOD ONE!

Religion prays for world peace. And if I recall, every time I have gone to mass the priest will tell us to pray for peace to all. So are you going to walk up to your priest and tell him that what he tells people to pray for is unrealistic and complete shit? Peace can be found and created anywhere, it just takes the right people to notice it. Obviously your definition of peace is entirely different from what these people walk for.

Not that this is any of my business, but the one thing I've learned is to NEVER discuss religion/politics with your friends if your views differ. Simply because most people have very strong opinions about these things and end up getting so heated in the argument that they become too blind to see the other persons point of view (to see that what they believe is simply that - what THEY BELIEVE, despite if other people do or not) to actually have a civilized discussion. People lose friends over this ( ... )

I think throwing around different views is perfectly fine but when it comes to bashing what another might be a part of, is disrespectful. It's one thing to voice your opinion but it's another thing to attack someone else's, which I believe has happened. Obviously I didn't intend on starting a riot about view points but I guess it was necessary. If people would just keep their negative comments to themselves, things like this could be avoided, not entirely but for the most part.

I don't go to church. So try and fine something else. You also aren't proving how it's productive.

I've already stated how it's productive. I don't need justify my answers to you again.

No, you haven't said how it's productive. So copy and paste whatever you think it is.

Dude, just shut up already. Why dont you just say this at lunch or something?

Because that would require on-the-spot improv to defend his point; that's much harder than a post-to-post battle where you can careful review and research your argument before actually saying it.
