Rough Day
Yesterday was the new nanny's first day on the job. She looked a bit haggard by the end of the day...lol. And my house was trashed. These two can certainly be a whirlwind. I'll be interested to see if she shows up today...lol.
Tristan especially had his way with her. I warned her about his love for changing clothes and roleplaying CONSTANTLY. He's completely relentless about the details of these roles, who you're supposed to be, who he is, etc, etc, and woe is you if you forget any these things.
I purposefully kind of stayed out of her way for most of the day to see how she'd do, and she pretty much looked a lot like I did after my first full day with both of them alone. Confused, and ready to go home to bed...lol. When I came out of my office at 5 o'clock Dany was still in her pajamas from that morning and Tristan had on nothing but a pair of laurie's black thigh highs and a little white with black polka dots bikini cover up skirt, which he had slung over his shoulders like a stole...lol. And yes, that looked JUST as odd as it sounds. What a strange boy.
Anyway, I hope she comes back. I got more work done in one full day yesterday than in some entire weeks in the last two months. Some much needed focus.
