We all have to make a lot of choices in our lives. From picking our friends to picking our classes, from selecting a sports team to join or root for to finding a job, the decision or choice, for the most part, is left up to us. But what about adulthood? Do we have a choice about becoming adults? According to the law, we all become adults at the age of eighteen, ready or not; boys officially become men and girls officially become women.
