FIRST: CARINA! I totally thought 'Oh shit, Carina will be glad she isn't watching anymore' during one part of Supernatural tonight, but I can't remember now what it was LOL, point being that I was like 'Oh no-Carina would not approve of this fuckery!' Love ya girly!
Second: I was all 'Uh-oh T is gonna love this one no matter what.Sera wrote it' and

Dean's morbid curiosity of what Castiel carved onto his ribs has me loling, but also VERY COOL IMAGERY. Love it.
I loved that Castiel had to call to see where they were, too. Just the image of Castiel using a phone and asking for directions is just humorous to me. The amount of continuity with the sigil and him not being able to find them because of that sigil is made of utter win. He basically sacrificed not finding them immediately due to other angels not finding them immediately, so yeah. LOVE FOR THAT.
And Castiel is just love all around in this episode anyway, for the only scene he had in the beginning there. So amazing watching him, really. Misha is just so FUCKING GORGEOUS I cannot stand it. ♥
Since WHEN does faithless-godless-I-don't-believe-God-gives-a-crap-about-us DEAN know where to pinpoint a passage from the Bible. I mean, he hasn't exactly had a lot of downtime to brush up on the Good Book in the last year, so seriously?!
I don't think it's very random though, considering that he might have had time to at least brush up on biblical things since most of what they're dealing with is from the Revelation. Also, I liked that moment because Dean was using his brains to figure things out, which is something Sam would have done (by researching and consulting books), but I am happy that Dean is taking care of things himself. Which is something I liked seeing in this episode from him. I thought it was awesome.
I was hoping for a line about his father too, but I think it made for a great comeback by him serving "in Hell" which, technically, he did. But yeah, it would have done nicely to at least mention his father somewhat, especially by him serving since he was younger by training how to hunt.
Loved the reunion of old recurring characters. Ellen and Jo and Rufus. I love them all. ♥
I really like what they're doing with the brothers and having them separate, and it really is for the best. It is necessary for them and I do agree that Dean is being slowed down by worrying so much about his brother and whether he'll be drawn to temptation by demon blood (which he almost was despite it not really being demon blood), that it was distracting him from the larger picture. Sam worried about himself too, it makes the rift so much more mutual because they understand nothing is going to be the same unless they part ways. That is the only way to repair themselves and make amends later, because we all know they aren't going to be separated for long anyhow.
What was the blooper in the end? I didn't catch it.
Anyway, I am really loving this season.
