Robert came up to visit for a few days, which was just what I needed, I missed him and it really was a treat to have him all to myself. I'll be going to visit him once I secure a job and have some extra cash to throw around, I also need to start thinking of a birthday present for that boy, I got him a skateboard last year and well, I don't think I can top that due to lack of creativity and financial woes.
I went to a wake today for a woman who was 46. Lung Cancer from smoking. I really wish people realized how horrible a habit it is to do that. It was weird, she has two children, one 17 the other graduated from college the other day. I saw people from high school at the wake that graduated two years prior to me, it was interesting to see that most of them looked the same and I wondered if they recognized me, not that I was a main focus of the event, certainly not.
I need to start living more, I don't see that being a problem, I just want to appreciate what I have.
