i want to lose 1 pound a day. at least.. and i want to lose 20 lbs by june 18th. So basically, if i lose at least 1 pound a day starting today, ill lose 24 lbs or more by my "deadline".. think its possible?? im going to work out EVERY DAY for at least 2 hours. any other tips?? (or certain exercises that will help out my thigh/butt/lovehandles region..) thanksss
