Sorry it took so long to reply back I have not had an adequate amount of sleep in the past couple days and i feel like the day just d r a g s on. Unfortunately i'm not sure what I can do to gain custody of my daughter, take my ex to court I suppose, but who has the money for that. I've heard there are places that will generally help you out if your low income but i'm not quite sure where I would begin to look. When I do decide to go through with it I plan on fighting for full custody. I don't really want to go into detail of why I would want full custody but, long story short, my ex has serious issues, ones that wouldn't be considered safe for a 2 year old living with her.
Oh you have loud neighbors too? I hate our neighbors here thankfully enough they aren't too bad too often. We have a rock landscape out in the front of my apartment and at like 3 in the morning there were these 3 drunk ass college guys dancing in the rocks to thier car system just yelling and everything, quite obnoxious and un-necessary I think, but like I said it doesn't happen everyday or anything so i'll deal.

I'm in the same situation as you are when it comes to a lack of sleep. My schedule has been extremely sporadic. Currently, I wake up at 7:00 a.m. as opposed to 9:00 a.m., as I grew used to. I had to make this change, however, so that I am able to get another job. I applied on Friday to Bed, Bath and Beyond and have yet to hear from them regarding the promised interview this week. Do you think I should call them, or wait a couple of days?
I can talk to my mom about custody battles, if you would like. She has had a lot of experience with this, as she is now currently in her third marriage. I can ask her for pointers on your behalf, but only if you think it will help. Just let me know.
The problems with our neighbors are consistent. They are continuously stomping and yelling right above our living room. Their kid is extremely rambunctious, also. They also have a tendency to "cop knock" on our front door. First of all, our friends know not to use our front door, causing alarm every time. Second of all, who the fuck knocks like that?

Do you still have AIM or yahoo or anything?
I feel like we only talk on here and make half assed plans that would be alot easier to make on AIM or something.
