I feel like I've just run a marathon, crossed the finish line and realized that I haven't even completed a quarter lap yet. I've been to more places/sites then I can count...I'm having trouble remembering what I did two days ago. So lets start off with a list, maybe that will help:

-Monet Gardens
-Ohama/Landing Beaches of WWII
-Bayeux Tapestry
-WWII Memorial Graves
-Mont Saint Michel Abbey/Town
-Charte Cathedral
-More Chateaus than I can count (DaVinci's House and a whole bunch of other rich people)

That was the Normandy/Loire Valley trip. That trip consisted basically of those sites, a whole bunch of bus riding, partying back at the hotel at night, and just craziness in general. It was an AMAZING trip, I'm still soaking it all in. I got some really cool pictures but I'm looking for a new hosting that will host pics over 100kb for free. Right now I'm too tired to look, because that list above is just the beginning of trip. We saw all that between the 22nd and the 26th. On the 26th we road back to Paris, only to immediatly turn around and hop on a train to good 'ol Amsterdam. Amsterdam wasn't a school sponsored trip, so it was pretty crazy. The only thing is crazy can't describe it. Neither can insane. I'll try and sum up our 26th-29th stay on a street about a half a block from the Red Light District. If you don't know what the Red Light Distrcit is, than you really won't be able to understand just how insane/hellish/primal/disgusting it is. The street is lined with windows backlit by blacklights and so that everything in the rooms is a redish hue. Inside these rooms are scantily clad women posing in different cliche porn positions (the decorations are all different) beconing you to come closer. 50 euroes for the time of your life. Thats not all; I was offered exstacy and coke around 6 or 7 times while walking down the street, and we only walked maybe an 8th of the whole strip. They do it in a really creepy way too, the glide up right next to your ear and whisper it. #$%@ing spooky. Anyway, the list:

-Anne Frank's House
-The VanGoh Museum
-Heineken Brewery (KICK ASS)
-Hard Rock Cafe (First real meal since I've been here, nothing beats a burger and a shake)
-A cool chess hangout with a whole bunch of guys playing chess

Anyway, Amsterdam is the shadiest place on the planet. It's the only time I've feared to take a walk outside (but we did plenty of it). I will leave some of the details out because I either don't remeber them, or don't want to get arrested. But now I'm finally back in Paris, and I get to relax for a bit.

Allyson: I'm sorry, but I couldn't get a picture with one of the hookers because there were pimps standing at every window waiting to beat the crap out of anyone that was dumb enough to take a picture. I didn't even bring my camera to Amsterdam because I didn't want to get it stolen. One of the guys I was with might have snapped a picture from his jacket, though I don't know if it came out.

Anyway, I'll post some pictures if you guys can recommend a good hosting site. At the end of the trip everyone will be posting their pictures on one huge website, its going to be awesome.

That's all I can process right now, I might be able to give some more details later. Miss you guys tons, hope everything is going well. Please pass this on through email to anyone who doesn't check my LJ. See you all in a little more than 3 weeks!
