(no subject)
today i turn 21 years of age.
a whole lot has happened within the past year and life is a whole lot different than it was 365 days ago... but i can still rely on my ladies (and quite a few dudes as well) and i can still rely on my family and i can still rely on this gosh darn neverending hopeless crush that just wont go away (same hopeless crush as one year ago, different boy).
so let's eat some delicious cake and let's drink some silk nog and let's celebrate another year that's passed cause they just seem to be going so quick. before you know it we'll all be old and grey so let's celebrate these years, these days when we have the chance.
edit: what a great birthday this was. a lunch date complete with a vegan brownie and good company, a dinner date complete with a malaysian restaurant and my favorite person in the entire world, and then my first 21+ event (YEAH!) where i was completely overwhelmed by micah playing his guitar and singing his song. the night then ended in the greatest possible way and now i am all pumped up and not ready to sleep even though i know i should. basically.. best birthday ever.
