An awesome one. As long as these folks don't change their minds like REI, and assuming they're going to turn out to be as awesome as they seem from the outside. But I got a message saying they were going to make me an offer after they figure out some business things. Searching for a job has been the focus of life for long enough that it is going to be weird to not have to think about it. Angst level is decreasing, but I'm having a hard time believing that something isn't going to go wrong at the last minute, and I don't think I'll be fully relieved until I start working. Actually, probably not until some time after I start working, as I have leftover performance anxiety issues (thanks, Amazon!) when it comes to employment. Still, I am smiling.
