first week of classes went well. it's gonna be a lot of work but i'm okay with it! :) they gave us some equipment to practice on people for health assessments, so imma have to find some people to practice tests on heheh. my first evaluation in my basic principles lab is on hand washing- believe it or not, a lot of nurses don't wash their hands, YUCK... we lost our first two games of the season :/ buttt our second game was a lot better than the first game. i'm REALLY excited for saturday :) it's our first home game and i get.....hehe. BUTTT we gotta get through etown on wednesday which will be our first game under the lights! oh i failed to mention that i had a nice black cheek/eye this whole week...i got headed butted in a game last saturday and it bruised. it's just not visible anymore but still has a knot and hurts, but i had to take a picture for the nursing board in a hallway, my eye was really dark that day hahahah! i really like where my house is! porch hang outs all the time and they rule! the kids next to us are awesome- last night i was hanging on my porch watching them air guitar and sing to every song! it was funnn! i'm liking this fall like weather too :)
