Summer is here
Yet I am sad
I'll miss my 8th grade friends
But this year wasn't bad

It was Awesome, it was fun
it was crazy
now its done!

We'll still have each other
to lean on when where sad
We'll still be all together
to lend a helping hand

I look around today to see
streaming tears and crying faces
cuz the Year is over
now, we all have our own paces

We've had our ups
We've had our downs
But thru it all
New friendships we've found

The memories
the laughs, the tears we shed
are not the sad ones
but the gr8 1ns instead

We've had our fights
good shares of them
but we've toughed it out
Like big, strong MEN!

Friends are like gems
the good 1ns r hard to find
but when you lose them
you lose a peece of your mind

My friends mend them all
When I do something stupid
or when I fall

I'll miss you all
though another year
is what we still have together

thru blood, sweat and tears

The year was GR8!

even though some friends got mad..
they had their chats

We've talked all night
and gossiped all day
and it's our time to move away

There's nothing wrong with that
But sure, I'll miss you

Friends move on
things change
but close friendships
