Day uno
So far not too shabby. I got the same room I had last time, which is like a freakin' hospital mansion...it's huge! And it's a private room so I don't have to adhere to visiting hours. Woot.
I feel like a total faker because I generally feel pretty good, so when the docs come in to check on me I'm all up and about and they're like, "Um, why are you here?"...But my FEV1 went down 10% since my last clinic appointment, so that's cause for alarm since it had been steadily going up for the last year. Back down below 50%...boo...
They told me I should be getting a pic line soon, which is good because I currently have an IV in my dominant hand (left) which is lame and uncomfortable. It's also very hard to type with an IV in my hand...maybe I'll take to video posts, but I doubt it...
BTW, I look awesome with no make-up on...
AND, since I'm going to spend the next two weeks entertaining myself via internet, I figure I can share a few gems. Here's one I found today, and yes it is ACTUALLY a movie called "Hobo with a Shotgun". Opening night, anyone?
