Who is more experimental? - I think probably Hal, not that they need or have a lot of time for experiment. Hal's perfectly happy to just get bent over every imaginable surface or fucked into the mattress, tyvm. The only think I can think of is Hal letting Bruce tie him up (cause we both know he has a thing for that :p)
Who takes more risks? - Well, you know, Bruce feels like getting involved with a team member (/WITH ANYONE) is a really big risk, so when they actually graduate from rutting up against each other in hallways and such to Bruce actually asking Hal to come to the manor for dinner, Hal knows shit's about to get real.

Who is better at oral and who prefers it? - Bruce isn't better, per se, but he kind of treats going down on Hal like a mission, stays down there forever, makes sure he pays equal attention to every single part of Hal until Hal's fucking shaking and begging and cursing him.
Who is more submissive? - Heh. That would be Hal. But you know, only sexually. And Bruce knows that. Good lord, does he know that.
Who usually initiates things? - Probbbbably Hal. But like, the first time? Bruce, I think, because Hal -- even though hell yeah he's attracted to him -- either doesn't think Bruce is into dudes or you know, thinks Bruce hates every cell in his body. First times are usually wall-slammy, mouth-bruising kisses, but what if it wasn't.

Who is more sensitive? - Bruce is sensitive literally everywhere after he comes. Like, don't even touch his HAIR for about ten minutes. Hal, of course, disregards this constantly, almost makes Bruce come again one time when he keeps dragging his teeth over his nipples.

Who is louder? -- Mm Barry, but he was a quiet little thing at first until Harrison told him, in great detail, how much he wanted to hear him.
Who is more experimental? -- in this verse, Barry's kind of experimenting with everything for the first time. Harrison's showing him the ropes ;)
Who takes more risks? -- Mm, Harrison maybe, probably fucking your interns is frowned upon. ;) Or Barry, cause he's almost always late for class.
Do they fuck or make love? -- They do a lot of fucking. Harrison bending Barry over his desk, in the back of Harrison's living room, alllll over his nice, posh loft.
