And hey, I choose my company by the beating of their hearts, not the swelling of their heads.

So I figured since I'm procrastinating on my computer I might as well do something semi-productive. Hello LJ.

Life has been good to me lately. I think one of the best parts is that I've gotten to see all those close to me quite a bit these past few weeks. It's a great feeling seeing someone you haven't seen in a while and just enjoying their company. Take X-avier for example. Great guy, easy to talk to yet I haven't hung out with that douche for a while. I did so this Saturday and it was good times. Been seeing the ol' high school buddies quite a bit lately as well. Love those guys. And then of course the usuals. Always good times with them.

Bamboozle Left last week was a trip man. It was like my high school music CD collection all in one festival. Super good times there, probably one of the best two days ever for me when it comes to concerts. Saves the Day-You Vandal makes Aaron a happy man.

England is a go. I'm excited. Scared. You know, all that stuff. It's going to be the farthest I've ever been from home. And I'll be pretty much alone. Can't wait.

The new Thrice album is the shit, Air is fantastic. I love those guys, can't wait to see them in a month. Facing New York is Friday. Excited and sad at the same time, as Matt is leaving. Therefore everyone should go to the show, trust they are awesome live.

I've got the musical itch going again. I'm trying to decide how I want to go about scratching it. I've got some ideas for a "solo" project, I guess one might call it. But I'd love to be in a band again. I don't miss my old bands though. I miss the people yes, of course, but I think trying something new is always what I've been looking for. I'll figure something out. If anything, it'll happen after I graduate. Wait, didn't I just do that not so long ago?
