Here comes the mob... shaking their fists in gratitude...
Wow. So it's been, like, nearly a month since I updated. But then that's probably for the best, because I've really had nothing to say.
Stuff's happened, of course, like little_grey_rat coming back to Australia (yay!!), and probably lots of other stuff. I think there was a goth club in there somewhere, and maybe the seeing of people and the piking on luciusmalfoy (Sorry!) and the feeding of darthbessie's pets (that was, like, only supposed to be for one day, right...? *stresses*) but aside from that - meh.
And I've kind of been lurking on LJ (like, when it's not EVIL AND GONE AND OMGWHATDOIDONOW!!!1!), but my computer screen's been hurting my eyes. Which sucks. And which made me go and try to read either Wuthering Heights or Portrait of Dorian Gray, which only makes things worse, of course. Especially when I'm totally supposed to be reading Gibson for my thesis... Oh yes, I'm getting right on this procrastination thing... which is - um - vaguely ironic, or something, I'm sure...
And work is teh st00pid. *stabz customers* Have come to the conclusion that I'm unemployable. Actually applying for jobs would surely do nothing more than confirm this, so (in true avoidant fashion) I've decided to resign myself to a life of retail wage-slavery and OMGMISERYANDWOEANDANGST. Unless... *ponders*
And it's going to be HOT tomorrow. Bah.
Although, on the plus side, I have begun to see the fandom love again... thanks to this post which everyone should read if you've ever read HP. *dies* little_grey_rat, this is the link I told you about.
