If you do not know the story, do not tell the story. I thought I was doing damage control by telling people that would hear about it anyways, by bringing it out in the open. I thought I would avoid what is already happening by telling people. But I didn't. The fault does not rest upon me, nor does it rest on Laurie. She isn't to blame for this. I want it all to be over. I want people to stop getting hurt. Stop hurting her. Stop hurting me. If you do not know the story, do not tell the story. Do not warp the story. Do not add to the story. Be discreet. This is hard enough.
