I fucking L O V E my job.

I know I haven't updated lately. I've been consumed with work-- and NOT Soak City! As you guys know I quit there about a month ago and I got hired at the Old Spaghetti Factory downtown. I love that job so much. I'm a host there. Anyway, I've only been working there a few weeks (I haven't even gotten a paycheck yet) and my manager Jenny told me I'm doing a great job. She even said that I'm looking to get promoted soon. :)
This makes me feel so good because I am doing a good job, and I'm glad that she's noticing. When I was at Soak City I felt like no one cared as to how well I did at that job, or that I even mattered to them as an employee. Before I got stuck there I actually tried applying other places (Soak City being a last resort) and I got turned down for numerous jobs. Off the top of my head I'm thinking Kohl's, Miguel's, and Islands. When I got hired on the spot at Spaghetti Factory, needless to say I felt better about myself because I thought I was kind of a disappointment having been turned down by all those places to work. And now I'm working at a place that I love, and I love my job, and I'm doing well, which they notice, and I'm going to get rewarded with a promotion.
That's all. I can't BELIEVE no one has told me to shut up about my job yet.
