A few weeks ago, told was telling me time and time again that he was reading a book called the Alchemist, by Paulo Coehlo. And for a while I ignored it, but eventually, I gave. The low pay is definitely a drag, but you kinda get used to it.

I mean, you learn that you really don't need that much to live off of.

The experience for me has been really good all over all, call me sometime and we can talk about it.

There's a lot going on there that we can discuss.

hey obi - don't mean to creep out of the blue... but this was a great post. It's inspiring to see your excitement and passion, and your love for your field, and hits close to home for me since I've been struggling in grad school and finding my place in life. What you said about needing time to grow and know yourself... I definitely could have used. I think maybe I'll pick up that book sometime soon :)
