What a good past 48 hours.
Starbucks told me I'd have a job when I come back from Christmas break (even though that's forever away and I need money now). I'm excited, but part of me doesn't trust it because I'm still going to be interviewed again when I go in in January. And what if they change their mind? But, all in all, I could end up with a worse job. Making coffee in New York City? I won't complain.
After Starbucks we had quite the adventure getting up to Ithaca, but it was so so so worth it. The Avett Brothers delivered an amazing show, and I got to meet them afterward. They were so nice. Cody was on the phone and upset because I got to meet them, but they were both willing to talk to her and Hannah on the phone to say hey. They owe me. I bought tickets tonight to see them in Charlotte on New Year's Eve. I can't think of a better way to bring in 2009.
I'm on such an off schedule now, though, and have to volunteer at some kid's fest art thing tomorrow from 9-5. And then we're going to see the TRL Finale show at 7:15.
