Alright, I started another poem/song/epic and I want some feedback on it. Feel free to have some random people weigh in on it. Also, I'm going to compile everything I've written for my buddy Lin, who is evidently a masochist since she enjoys my work (both academic and other). I think I've decided to be a writer. If Todd Keisling can get books published, then by Zeus; there is hope for myself. Anyway, here's the beginning....
What’s this rendezvous?
Reveling in the indiscretion?
Who is this in the mirror?
Eyeing me with cruel intention?
Turn and take my hand,
Allow me to show the way
We’ve done all we can,
Now we must cease to play,
Abandon this child’s game,
Bound for sublimating darkness
Having only our hearts to blame.
