Ash is Fit! came up with this great 20/20 challenge- one pound weight loss per week for 20 weeks. I started my own journey to a better waistline a few weeks ago, but this might be the kick in the behind I need. I would encourage anyone who is interested to head on over to Ashlee's blog- she has an incredible story. I've never met her, but I hope that I can be half as diligent- and stay as motivated- as she has been!
