my first time
Around 1am this morning (aka "Last Night"),
I felt my first Earthquake.
I had just gotten home from Siggraph '07 in San Diego,
fresh from lapping up the hospitality of agnosticessence and shribble,
when my couch began to shake.
I thought at first maybe someone was running down the hall,
but after about five seconds of steady, rhythmic undulation,
my mind came to the inevitable conclusion of "EARTHQUAKE!"
Of course, as it wasn't on the news,
everything is fine... so I guess I got my wish of experiencing a mild tremor.
All seismic activity can officially stop now.
Do you hear me, San Andreas Fault?!
