so yea... i survived my first week of work. which is harder than it seems. the two 12hr shifts i have on the weekend are killers.... but its ok because i have 2 days to recover before it all starts over again :( o well ill think of all the money im making. blah.

tomorrow im going to Kings Island! yaya im sooo excited. i love roller costers.

Hey loser! I just finished leaving Mo a reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally long comment, and I figured you deserve one too ;-)

Here's where I picture you someday...

You'll live in some ritsy downtown area like Birmingham or something where you have a gorgeous, recently renovated historical house and beautiful garden. It's very secluded and quaint. You're not married, but you have a steady and serious boyfriend who loves your strong personality. He's extremely tall and is a professional chef who works for South Beach ;-) You have 4 cats whom you love. Downtown there's a gorgeous little boutique of your own unique design that sells expensive but adorable jewelry and hairpieces. This little shop also has a salon where you can get your hair and makeup done. (Sound familiar?) You never go a day without looking absolutely fabulous, and you still keep in touch with your stylish journalist-friend in NY [see Mo's lj comment] and your pediatric psychiatrist friend (that's me) all the time, because you love them!

I had a lot of fun doing this for you and Mo! It just came to me spur-of-the-moment-like. Isn't it great when those things happen?

Yesterday my mom and I went to the DIA and saw the exhibit from the Walter O. Evans collection of African American art. It was so beautiful and amazing! Especially this one painting called Flight of the Eagle. I swear I've never seen such amazing detail or realistic coloring in a landscape. I think you'd love it. I don't think it's going on much longer, though.

What are you doing with your money? Are you saving all of it, some of it? I haven't gotten a paycheck yet cuz it's not July yet, but I think I'm going to save half or more of it. Especially since I've already had to use $950 of my grad money on my French horn :-\ And I'm not sure how much I'll have to pay for my lap top.

I guess I have to go do laundry now, since I'm going to fireworks tonight and need to get all my stuff done. I hope you enjoyed my blabbing!!! (at least a little bit)

meg sometimes its good your random. I dont know. I've been feeling really depressed and nothing brings me up. blah. It's most likely from working and not having any time with friends etc. O yea and your out-look on my life is really cool it's kinda what i was hoping to be fact once im out of school. any ways call me and we'll do stuff.
