After supper Erandi gave the Bulgarian yoghurt. The Bulgarian exclaimed, "This yoghurt is Bulgarian, and the yoghurt culture comes from Bulgaria. Here in the world does natural yoghurt originate. Everywhere in our nation people eat yoghurt for breakfast and the milk salad of yoghurt, cucumber and garlic. If you eat this every day, you will live for one hundred years. In other places you will find yoghurt, but perhaps it is dead. The cows that give milk: after three days it sours, because the bacteria is present.
