Up early, since it was laundry day. Got that done, then headed out for lunch with Graham. He came back over, and we slugged through another turn of Operation Compass. It's not going well for the Commonwealth, and I'm not sure I'll be able to satisfy the victory conditions.
After that, headed out to the mall and hung out with Amy for a bit before she headed up to UVic to do some study. The malls are definitely busy, with that Christmas rush.
Back home to poke at World of Warcraft (BRUCE, I BLAME YOU!) and watch The Man Who Wasn't There, and now time for bed.
I'm sad Leslie Neilsen's passed. One of the things that made AIRPLANE! so funny, when it first appeared, was having some many straight-faced dramatic actors (Leslie Neilsen, Lloyd Bridges, and Peter Graves to name a few) appearing in flat-out comedic roles. One that ice had been broken, though, some of that initial shock and humor was gone.
