1) What is a Furry? Furries are a group of people who haven't forgot their old friends. They have a strong passion for animals, and adore the animated furry friends they grew up watching on TV.
2) How did the furry group first start? They fell in love with Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Wile E. Coyote, Road Runner, Pepe Le Pew as a kid, and felt like they belonged.
3) Why do people become furries? When society made them outcasts, they just remembered their furry friends who guided them through child hood. Why is it so wrong that we remember and create our own characters as adults?
4) How do you become a furry? By creating your own furry friend self. An alter ego, your own self like Bugs Bunny. What would we be like in their world. Combine your favorite animal, with favorite colors, most of the time.
5) What is a Fursona? A fursona is you in their world. Its the animal YOU.
6) How do you pick your Fursona? Favorite Animal and favorite colors. Maybe Pick a couple animals, or some cool add ons ( wings, horns, claws, talons ) Let your imagination run free!
7) How does a Fursona add to your culture? Everyone can acknowledge you as your true inner self. The way you would be if you had a choice. Maybe a chance to open up, and make friends, and have them like you for you.
8) Why do furries meet each other in person? To find others who are interested in the same things. To trade stories of childhood cartoons, and to make friends without a fear of judgement.
9) Why are images of the Fursona created? To bring your inner creation, out, so everyone can see you.
10) Why do some furries wish to dress as their Fursona, and others do not? Some want to experience being their character, they want to have that chance to express themselves in the way their alter ego would want. Others are happy to draw or watch.
11) What does the type of Fursona say about the person? It can tell a lot about people. What some of their hobbies are, how they act around others, how well they make friends, or how they would like to be seen or treated by others.
12) Why do some furries alter their bodies to become their fursona? Anything to hold on to their other half. Its important not to forget our old friends, and how they made us today. <3
