Carmalized Onion Bruchetta

Onions
Balsamic Vinegar
French Bread
Cream Cheese
Sage
Thyme
Salt & Pepper
Butter

Cut up onions into smallish (small but not too small) chunks
Brown in a bit of olive oil
Add Butter, Balsamic Vinegar and Salt & Pepper to the onions
Cook just until butter melts

Combine Thyme, sage & Cream Cheese

Pre-heat oven to 350
Slice French Bread and put in oven for five minutes

Spread Cream Cheese on each piece of bread & top with onion mixture
Put back in oven and cook for another five minutes
Serve
