Police Report for the accident came in:

P2 = Yours truly
P3 = Worst fucking witness ever (a dumbass)
STATEMENTS
P1 stated that he was traveling northbound on Greenleaf Ave approaching Lamber Rd. He stated that he entered the left turn lane for northbound Greenleaf Ave at Lamber Rd. He stated that while hwas in the left turn lane, he was waiting for southbound traffic to clear. At this time he noticed that hte light changed from green to yellow. He stated that as the light turned yellow, he saw P2s vehicle traveling southbound on Greenleaf Ave however, he thought that P2 would stop for the yellow light, therefore he continued to make his turn onto westbound Lambert Rd, at which time he was struck by P2's vehicle.
P2 stated that he was traveling southbound on Greenleaf Ave in the number two lane approaching Lambert Rd. He stated that as he entered the intersection the light turned from green to yellow. He stated at that time, P1's vehicle started to make a left turn from northbound Greenleaf Ave. onto westbound Lambert Rd. P2 stated that the front end of his vehicle was struck by the front end of P1's vehicle. P2 stated that after being struck by P1's vehicle, his vehicle was pushed into P3's vehicle, which was stopped for the red light in the number one lane at Greenleaf Ave.
P3 stated that he was at a complete stop for the red light in the number one lane when he was struck by P2's vehicle. He stated that he did not see the first collision between P1's vehicle and P2's vehicle.
OPINIONS AND CONCLUSIONS
It is my opinion that this traffic collision occurred due to P1's failure to yield before making a left turn. This is based on the physical evidence and statements from all parties.
CAUSE
It is my opinion that P1 was in violation of cvc 2180(a), left turn must yield.
OTHER FACTUAL INFORMATION
P1 did not have proof of insurance. P1 was issued Cite# A372058 for cvc16028(c)
My honest opinion is that this fucker should be stabbed in the face multiple times for forcing me to get another car. Justice was done in the minimum. This fucking retard needs to be deported. Remember how I believed he was maybe 17, 18 years old at the most? His birthday: 01/01/1984. So he isn't just some dumb teenager. He is simply the lowest rung of society. Completely worthless and what not. Too bad I can't sue someone who's family is probably already in serious debt...you know, moral obligations blah blah.
