Stuff i'm preoccupied with lately

Cycling:  I've come a long way since July 4th, the first time Neil and I did the long bike ride.  Gosh was it really two whole months ago?  Time goes fast.  Anyways.  What a difference that time, and all the shorter bike rides  in between as well as my recently adding running to my fitness regimen, has made.  The first time it took us 2.5 hours.

Well I'll be certified in both literary braille and nemeth, but the real gurus also have proofreading training. :)
