lol, i don't think you would steal a Pride & Prejudice icon, i don't think it is your thing. and DON'T invite me to do ANYTHING with your userpics, i'm happy you correctly corrected yourself. good. :P

well, i suppose you could correct yourself and it could be wrong, hence the "correctly correcting" of oneself. lol, and i'm glad we are getting somewhere with this icon stealing business....eventually ;)

I wish more people would do these type of tutorials - little tips and tricks to use when planning and creating an icon.

I know I need to work more on how I use fonts in icons and now I've got more resources to check out.

thankyou! i'm glad this helped you. i looked at your icons and i think your use of text is great, if you don't mind me saying, my personal opinion is that you could probably just stick to two or three of your favourite fonts. I think icon posts look more consistent that way. But it's up to you, thanks again :)

aww, thankyou so much! I thought that doing a half-way decent tutorial on everything would clear up a lot of things for some people. it is basically something i would have liked to come across when i started out icon-making. lol, and it is not an awesome tut, don't lie ;)

HAHAHA, sorry, after typing up all of this long post today you can believe that i am a bit delusional, so i changed the "fancy credit" technique from your journal...unless you want it to go there of course! *wonders* And, thankyou for the Johnny Depp pictures that you posted at your journal today *mwah*
