eh, having my 'natural' teeth was more of an ordeal than getting them out...they were totally toxic, they broke when i brushed them, when i ate, my mouth tasted like death (that is meant very literally, the teeth were seriously necrotic), i always felt like puking, etc, etc. this is much better. they put a soft lining in, which is like putty-gunk that dries a bit, and that will allow any tooth fragments a better chance to get out and stuff, but he thinks it's just something called a 'bone ridge' that evidently can end up being irritated when someone first gets dentures, and the soft lining deal is already alleviating some of that, so wooohooo!!!!! i'm in less pain in general, as long as i don't bump my mouth, although i'm still really tired a lot/easily fatigued, but i just take naps. i managed to get out of my house 4 days in a row (2 for my fave cousin's wedding-related and then wedding stuff, and 2 for shopping), although tonight i was ready to fall over in walmart... now i have to wait like 5 or 6 months before i get the permanent dentures, but at least i can eat food (albeit quite carefully and i haven't yet mastered anything crunchy) without becoming instantly and massively ill, and i can even handle doing cross-stitching again, and some other hobby-like things i've been in too much pain to do lately!!!! although the camera flashes at the wedding coupled with strobe-lights still felled me like some type of easily cut down tree, but i didn't think the whole seizure-like activity was really teeth related anyhow...
