when i see kids throwing trash in the streets, i want to smack a lot of butts - that kid's, his/her parents and guardians & his/her teachers
when i see teens and adults doing the same stupid thing, i wish that public himiliation could take effect + community service

more rail lines city to nearby provinces
bigger coaches
automatic ticket system
provincial rails..bicol to ilocos! city to cagayan
at least 20meters clearance from creeks, canals, rivers ...waterways!
proper housing for fishermen
scholarships for children of public officials..allow them the right to study in colleges of their choice even if they're the so called 'prestigious' therefore expensive colleges/schools
hygienic and decent uniforms for garbage collectors (workers involved in sanitation), metro aids
rubber boats, flood prevention, rescue tools
bay beautification
breakwater
public bathrooms
playgrounds
community/urban farming
start industries - metal

i hate that hermit/fortune teller. he says the oddest incomplete things
ex. to kang chi stay away quietly for 20 days without any other explanations
now that kang chi did not follow that order and has seen his non-human side, the hermit NOW tells him had kang chi followed him he would have stayed on as human forever. gggrrrr!!!!
well by now yeo wool world have known she was the one who will die (between kang chi and her) since kang chi's likely an immortal. again..that hermit said 'might' when he must have known it was 'for sure'
