in a nutshell: Main protagonist. Gets in an Accidental Marriage with Anthy Himemiya, which is where all her problems start. Initially Jerk with a Heart of Gold, but she gets better. Action Girl and Tomboy. All the Girls Want Her, but she tends to ignore it. Becomes a Tragic Hero.

backtagging: Go for it, I don't have a problem with it and will backtag forever if need be.
threadhopping: Sure, as long as it's public.
fourthwalling: I'd prefer if you didn't. Her canon is brainbreaking enough.
offensive subjects (elaborate): Besides obvious slurs and whatnot, nothing I can think of. Don't be a jerk, I guess.
♘ 「 in character 」
hugging this character: Go for it. She'd be bewildered.
kissing this character: Feel free to try. She'd be so embarrassed/push the person away/hit them, depending on who was doing it/what kind of kiss it was.
flirting: Haha feel free to. She's derpy, but she'd get the gist of what was going on and...be embarrassed. Or annoyed by it, or both.
fighting: Yeah! She's a tough cookie, for a relatively normal fourteen year old. I'd prefer if this was plotted out beforehand, however.
injuries: Umm, nothing too severe. Some broken bones, bruises and the like are okay, but nothing like severed limbs or permanent, disfiguring injury...of course, this can be discussed if you have an idea that might involve that! I'm willing to compromise.
killing: Case-by-case basis. If it comes up, I'm up for discussing that possibility.
using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure! We'd have to plot this out, because while Utena's an open book, there are...things, buried deep in her subconscious that might give a mindreader a really nasty shock.
warnings: None, really! Utena's a good kid. She's a little hotheaded and naive, but she won't cause most people any trouble.
