[ The following trickles across his text feed, subtitling the video of Minato sitting on top of a stump, somewhere on the road between Goldenrod and Ecruteak. There's a box on his lap, the boy currently staring at it in mild wonder. ]

[ A blink or two, and the camera shakes a bit. Minato picks up the Evoker first, turning the pistol-shaped object over in his hands-- how long had it been since he'd clasped this between his fingers? He raises it, a th-thud of noise across the feed when it nears his head, before Minato hesitates.
No...that's the past. He lowers it again, digging in his pack to retrieve a thin white cable, plugging his mp3 player into the laptop.
First things first. Transfer his entire music library onto this thing. This many months with such a limited selection of music was just no good at all. He looks up at the sky as it's moving across, giving a sigh of relief. Now that he checked - for the first time in months as well - the paths were open again. A smile flickered across his face, eyes shaded by thick blue bangs. ]
Orpheus...hey.
[ The laptop gets set down, and Minato moves off-camera, Evoker hanging in one hand. The feed stays on for awhile longer, recording the sound of a murmured: ]
Per...so...na.
[ Then, shattering glass.
Then, a mighty roar and a whoomph of fire.
