Opening Night of Cactus Flower

Collections would involve less dealing with the public. It's working with our artifact collection and inputting new acquisitions. My fear is that my boss won't let her work there because she's been asked to do several jobs similar to it and either doesn't do them or will only do half and then leave them. And I feel so bad for her because I think she's doing this because she's scared to ask us questions, but my boss won't see it that way. My boss has her own form of social awkwardness in being very blunt and not very sensitive. So, as the middle person, I've been trying to find ways I can help and shelter her from the worse of the bosses wrath - because that's only going to close her up even more.

It's a good idea with the cheat sheet. I did show her where our one cheat sheet is located under the cash, but maybe I can have her make her own version? Maybe a cue card? That way she's reminding herself of the process and then she'll be more likely to remember how to use the cash?

And I'll definitely need to have a "if you have a question you need to come ask me" chat with her. If she could get over that and ask, I think she'll feel a lot better and it would make a world of difference.
