MINI-EVENT!
The caravan is leaving the village of Riviere! We're back on the road again, but as everyone compiles into their rooms and gets reacquainted with the life of a journeyman, you notice something odd placed on the tables of your room. Why, what could it be?! It's a wicker basket with a note inside! (Very exciting, I know.)
The note reads as such:
DEAREST PASSENGERS,
IT HAS COME TO MY ATTENTION THAT WE HAVE NOT BEEN VERY GOOD COMRADES TO ONE ANOTHER! INSTANCES OF KICKING EACH OTHER OUT OF ROOMS, GENERAL UNPLEASANTNESS, AND UNFRIENDLY ROOMMATE BEHAVIOR ARE NOT TOLERATED ON THIS CARAVAN. AFTER ALL, THE WAY-WARRANT AND I ARE BEING GENEROUS ENOUGH TO BRING YOU TO LOOPHOLE, THE LEAST YOU COULD DO IS SHOW A LITTLE LOVE TOWARD ONE ANOTHER!
YOU ARE MAKING GRANDORE SAD.
YOU DO NOT WANT THE GIANT PULLING YOUR MODE OF TRANSPORTATION SAD.
THAT SAID, I HAVE DECIDED TO CONDUCT THIS TEAMWORK BUILDING EXERCISE!
I LIKE TO CALL IT COMPETITION.
YOUR ROOMMATE IS NOW YOUR TEAMMATE IN THIS TREACHEROUS ADVENTURE. USING YOUR COMBINED SKILLS, YOUR TEAM MUST COLLECT FIFTEEN COLORED EGGS STREWN ABOUT THE CARAVAN. THE FIRST TEAM TO DO SO SHALL WIN A FABULOUS PRIZE - A SUM OF CURRENCY TO SPEND AT OUR NEXT STOP, DUANHEIM, KNOWN FOR ITS ELABORATE WEAPONS, DELIGHTFUL CLOTHES, AND DELICIOUS FOODS.
AND THEIR DRAGONS.
BUT DON'T WORRY SO MUCH ABOUT THAT PART.
THE FIRST TEAM TO BRING THEIR FILLED BASKET TO THE WAY-WARRANT'S OFFICE WINS.
To participate with your roommate, please comment in the post with a number between 1 - 30. A random number generator will be used to select the winner, which I will then edit into the post - and then you guys can plot just how the other teams end up sabotaged. :')
That said, you have until 11:59 PM March 4th to respond.
On a completely separate note, applications and reservations are going to open up tonight at 11:59 PM, and will close at 11:59 PM March 9th. An event post describing our next village and the task associated with it will go up March 5th.
