So, I get my schedule for work this week and I'm looking at the email that went along with it and it states that there is a Golf Department Bowling Party this Tuesday (or do you say next Tuesday? Who knows.). I'm thinking of going cause it be cool to see everyone outside of work and meet people I haven't yet met...
It states that you can bring 1 guest to the bowling party. I show it to my mom and my mom goes, "Why don't you bring your father?"

And she doesn't get why I don't want to bring my father. And then she pulls the guilt trip on me. This SUCKS! I do not want to bring my father to a Christmas Party... no. No. No. No.
It will make it one more male I have to deal with.
And my mom's excuse.
"He can drive you home from Snoqualmie because it will be late."
