Mohinder hadn't noticed the island's change of location, or its new mate, though he had got to the school earlier than last week.
Mohinder was in his office, not working on his laptop for once. It was still there, set up on the corner of his desk, and every so often he'd ricochet away his position over the paraphenalia he'd set up to note something on it.
He bit his lip, concentration split between test-tube, solutions and microscope, as he made some preparations for his final workshop session. The work was familiar - things he'd done a dozen times before - but still needing some thought. If it was enough to keep him from dwelling both on the awkward conversation the morning after his
argument with Matt, and how much that had motivated how
he'd spent his Saturday evening, then Mohinder was fine with living the unexamined life for the time being.
The door was propped open and Mohinder was soon humming under his breath, lost in his actions.
