answering machine confessions: The first boy that I ever really fell for told me he had feelings for me to on the answering machine of my mobile. He was drunk and it was late. I kept the message for about a month before I deleted in by mistake. I still miss it. I'm still not quite over him.

rave hats: Because they're cool and I've got these memories of me and one of my best friends, sat on the grass at Picadilly Gardens [in my town center] wearing them for no reason and listening to huge amounts of Classic Rock.
ninth doctor: The Ninth incarnation of the Doctor in the show Doctor Who. Played by Christopher Eccleston. All angst and machoness wrapped up ina leather jacket and big ears. With an occaisonal glimpse of pure childlike glee that looked so out of place and was so wonderful.. I miss him.
yellow pages of books: I love it when books get so old that the pages go yellow. It's usually when they smell the best and it just instantly relaxes me.
