(no subject)
Greetings friends.
Today Delia and I travelled to Crowfoot and went to a movie. It was great, one of those movies for mothers and babies so there was no need to stress about crying and whatnot. She was great though, not a peep. She nursed and napped and just happily hung out and I actually managed to watch most of the movie. A departure from spending most of my day in my pj's until i finally go out for a walk somewhere. I like to take Miss D to the mall so I can walk around and get some exercise. If its crappy outside anyhow.
Things are happy for me right now but I miss work a bit. Probably just the social aspect of it. At work I talk to loads of people everyday. Now I talk to one and she doesn't talk back. At least not in a language I really understand. I do appreciate that she finds most of what I say worthy of a huge grin though, that is nice. I joined a 'hip mamas' meetup group. I've never been a part of anything like that before but I'm interested in seeing how it goes. Knowing some other people with kids would be fantastic.
Ahh, I think the little monster has fallen asleep so probably I can get away with going to bed now. Laters!
