What a day. I saw Hairspray and it was, as I expected, amazing. Then Harry Potter. I didn't sleep until I finished the book. I watched the sunrise, had a few conversations with my mother as she wandered around the house at 3:30 in the morning, and good GOD I cried. I'm an emotional mess right now. I love being a sap when it comes to books.
By the way, Zac Efron was suprisingly funny as Link Larkin. And the actor who played Seaweed was a bit short but had an amazing voice. I was really impressed by his performance... and I had no idea Amanda Bynes could sing. Hats off to her... Christopher Walkin and whoever was Corny Collins were really great too. And the actress who played Tracey was good but I can't get the awkward image of her making out with Zac Efron.... Oh, hell. They were all good. Even Brittney Snow and Michelle Pfeiffer was it?
But what the heck was up with John Travolta's accent?
By the way, I think I've finally realized that I've always kind of known what I wanted to do with my life. Lo and behold, I want to be a writer... Oy.
