Versailles -Philharmonic Quintet- „Holy Grail Tour 2011" on 12 October live at SO36 Berlin, Germany
It was a night to remember, when Versailles Holy Grail Tour 2011 lead
the melodic metal band to Germany's capital Berlin. On 12 October 2011
Versailles hold their concert right in the middle of Berlin's nightlife
district Kreuzberg at club SO36.
On the tick at 8p.m. the light turned dark and an intro resonated from
the speakers. Right from the beginning the music created a gracious
atmosphere just being topped by the members imposing appearance. One
after another drummer Yuki, bassist Masashi and the guitarists Teru and
Hizaki came on stage. Last but not least Kamijo made his charming
appearance with a red rose in his hand, gaining a lot of applause from
the audience. Everyone was dressed in Versailles typical pompous
outfits, looking like dolls from an ancient time. The fans welcomed
everyone with cheers and little color changing flash light roses in
their hands. As if beginning a ritual a call and respond between band
and fans started. With repeatedly singing the Prelude of Versailles
album "Noble": „We are - Versailles!" everyone was drifting together to a
world apart.
