NANOWRIMO ENDS!
With some degree of success.
the good: 29,115 words in one month
the bad: I didn't hit 50k or finish the story
the good: I wrote a lot
the bad: I wrote fan fic
the good: I wrote another 79 pages.
My total total uploaded word count is 33,716. Ok to be fair, that includes a few whys and wherefores and disclaimers but the original story was 1500 words and 4 pages
anyway, thus ends this year's nano. One thing I've noticed is that I get stuck around the 33, 000 word mark. That's about where I sit on the real novel (the one that might get me on Oprah, ha, ha, ha).
December's plans include doing the beta for all the people I've promised it to, trying to finish this story then deciding if it's worth a revision.
I think we'll save the real novel for January and those good ol' resolutions.
