(no subject)
So I started my Auto biography and haven't really gotten anywhere in it. Oops and oh well.
In other news my wardrobe has taken a sudden change. Mind you it is for the better but it may leave you wondering "Where did Charlie go???" Yes, the man who once refused and hated to wear anything with a collar... now likes it. I'm not sure if having an extra bit of fabric around my neck added to my paranoia back when or what but I have to say I like my new look. I fee better weating a polo than I do wearing a regular t-shirt. But don't get me wrong, I haven't totally switched over and I ever has the slightest inkling of popping my colar, please, for the love of all that is good and holy, put me out of my misery.
In other news I have put in to take the LEC. For those of you who don't know what that is it is the Law Enforcement Council (Exam). It's a basic apptitude test I need to take for the following towns: Clinton, Colchester, Deep River, East Lyme, Eastern and UConn, Groton Town, Groton Long Point, Groton City, Ledyard, Mansfield, Mashantucket and Mohegan tribes, Montville, New London, Norwich, Old Saybrook, Plainfield, Putnam, Stonington, Waterford, Westbrook, and Willimantic. It's a pretty good list to choose from although several up there I would probably turn down immediately. Also in addition to basic knowledge I also have to pass a polygraph, a full physical, substance screening, and a physical apptitude test. The last consists of my having to 40 sit ups, get 17 1/2 in on a sit and reach, run 1.5 miles in 11:49, and bench my body weight. The last two I'm not too sure about although they sometimes replace the bench press with pushups, 35 to be exact. Which I can do without a problem.
I need to go get some sleep though... night all
