Briefly describe your personality: In a nutshell - I am the biggest INFP (introverted intuitive feeling perceiving) you will ever meet. We are considered "the healers" - we're sensitive and tend to be ruled more by our hearts than our heads. What is your leadership style? Humanistic - understanding and compassionate towards the individuals under me.
How would you deal with a crisis in the work place? Try to keep everyone calm and under control - freaking out is only going to make whatever the situation is worse.
Do you like to delegate tasks, or prefer to do it all yourself? Help is always nice, but I've found that, more often than not, if you want something done, it's better to do it yourself.
What is more important to you, high salary or good coworkers? Good coworkers!
Would you stay at a job with no chance of being promoted? If I liked it.
Do you consider yourself ambitious? Not especially. Of course, I want a good job, but I'm not going to fight tooth and nail to get it. I'm also not one of those people who is always wanting more.
