This isn't for everyone (warning in the notes - April/Ben/Andy) but the dynamic between April and Ben is pretty wonderful. It made me love April/Ben before I'd ever considered it.

This was absolutely amazing! I loved the dynamic you created between this April and Ben, it felt so true to what was happening at the time, and their voices are so on point, I could hear both of them saying everything. I loved the slow build, April's apathy that isn't really, and I especially loved how even though it was April/Ben, it was still April/Andy and Ben/Leslie! Way too good.

I love how well this actually fits into the story, it is strangely completely plausible, and even though I love the other two couples like nothing else, April/Ben have such a weirdly wonderful connection, and I feel like they're actually two sides of one coin, at least before Leslie got to Ben and made him happy.

I would not be unhappy if you kept writing like this! Such lovely progression, and just such great quality.
